LA7 Studios is a retailer of artwork, and related creative goods. We may also offer prints, commissions, and other art-related merchandise.All items are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
LA7 Studios is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! Please review our return policy:
Original Artwork and Prints: All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Custom Orders or Commissions: Non-refundable once work has begun.
Online Purchases: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.We may request photos of the item and packaging to process a replacement or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, artwork, logos, and product descriptions on our website or in-store displays are the intellectual property of LA7 Studios or their respective artists.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
Any commissioned or custom artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during purchases or communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as necessary to process orders.
9. Limitation of Liability
LA7 Studios is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.All products are sold “as is” and should be used only for their intended purposes.
10. Disputes
If a dispute should arise between you and LA7 Studios, we want to provide you with a resolution that is efficient and cost effective by using our customer service team. Almost all customer service disputes can be resolved to the customer's satisfaction by contacting our customer service by email at la7studiosart@gmail.com If your dispute cannot be resolved using our customer service team, these Terms of Use describe how we shall proceed with the resolution of the dispute.Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in the state of Arkansas, before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures (Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures). Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. Allocation of Fees and Costs: The arbitrator may, in the Award, allocate all or part of the costs of the arbitration, including the fees of the arbitrator and the reasonable attorneys' fees of the prevailing party.We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website or in-store notice.Your continued purchase or use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
